Augustine of Hippo

Augustine on the Internet An outstanding site with numerous texts in both Latin and English translation, as well as many secondary works. New material is added regularly. Now available online are two of Prof. James J. O'Donnell's works on Augustine: Augustine, Twayne World Authors 759 (Boston: G.K. Hall, 1985) and Augustine: Confessions (Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1992) (alternate site). Prof. O'Donnell is also opening up his seminar on "The Unknown Augustine" to the online community.
Augustine (Gerald Schlabach) Links to select texts by and Prof. Schlabach's own work on Augustine. Noteworthy are his selections from City of God and On Christian Doctrine.
Boethius
Boethius: Consolatio Philosophiae The complete Latin text and commentary of James O'Donnell's (2d) edition (Bryn Mawr, 1990). Note also the English translation of W.V. Cooper (London, 1902).

John Chrysostom
The St. John Chrysostom Webpage A devotional rather than academic site, but well done. Contains the expected vie et Suvre, but also a nice e-version of the Liturgy and page of icons.

Nonnos of Panopolis
Paraphrase of the Gospel of John This is the first English translation of Nonnos' work, by Tony Prost, and includes some related historical information. The translation is roughly 1/3 complete to date.

Arbeitskreis Origenes A popular site surveying the life and works of Origen. Somewhat eccentric, but reproduces a few articles of academic interest.
